For more than 36 years, Buz and Maureen Kroner have built their lives around a simple mission: changing lives—one person at a time.
As co-founders of NuTeam International, Inc., Buz and Maureen have built an organization reaching more than 40 countries. Throughout their Nu Skin career, they have remained committed to developing people, teaching, mentoring, encouraging, and consistently supporting leaders and teams around the world.
Service has always been at the heart of their lives. For more than 25 years, Maureen has devoted three to four days each week to visiting assisted-living and memory-care communities, sharing hymns, Scripture, encouragement, and friendship with seniors.
Their entrepreneurial experience extends well beyond Nu Skin. Buz and Maureen are also partners in K&M Properties and owners of Mini-Me Self Storage, which they have operated since 2004. Prior to Nu Skin, Buz spent nearly two decades in the restaurant industry, serving as President, CEO, and part owner of 18 Wendy’s restaurants throughout South Texas.
Married for 52 years, Buz and Maureen are proud parents and grandparents who believe deeply in family, health, discipline, and giving back. Buz has been a competitive swimmer for more than two decades, earning national Top 10 recognition in U.S. Masters Swimming, and was featured in Men’s Health Magazine.Together, Buz and Maureen serve on the Board of Directors of the Lamb of God Maternity Home, an organization they have supported since 2019.At the center of everything they do are what they call their “Five F’s”—the moral compass that has guided their marriage, family, business, and lives:Faith • Family • Friends • Fitness • FinanceAlways in that order.

Her true passion is Nourish the Children—helping provide nourishing meals to children in need and inviting others to be part of that mission.

Kimberly and Aaron Gabrysch are former educators from Texas, who turned a love for Nu Skin products into a full-time family business in 2017. What began with Kimberly sharing whitening toothpaste grew into an opportunity that allowed her to leave the classroom in 2018 and later brought Aaron home from his role as an assistant principal in 2021.
Together, their achievements include seven years as Team Elite, two-time 4-Star Platinum recognition, Circle of Excellence, 2022 Entrepreneurs of the Year, 2020 Young Entrepreneurs of the Year, and serving as NTC Ambassadors.
Grounded in faith and family, Kimberly and Aaron are passionate about helping others build with purpose and integrity. Michelle Woodard is a retired boutique owner from Texas whose Nu Skin journey began ten years ago with whitening toothpaste and her husband Justin’s incredible results. Within two years, she was able to be home, and later helped bring Justin home from a traveling job while their children were still little.
